Rescheduling & Refunds:

This Rescheduling and Refund Policy applies to all coaching sessions, consultations, group programs, educational services, and related offerings provided by Wisdom in Motherhood, the educational brand and online community led by Jamie Lee, including all affiliated websites, booking platforms, programs, and services associated with the Wisdom in Motherhood brand (collectively referred to as the “Company”).

By booking or purchasing any coaching session, consultation, or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Rescheduling and Refund Policy.

Coaching sessions and consultations are scheduled for a specific date and time and require the reservation of the Company’s time and availability. Because availability is limited and time slots are reserved specifically for each participant, all bookings are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

Clients may request to reschedule an individual coaching session if the request is submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests submitted within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability. The Company cannot guarantee that the same time slot or date will be available when rescheduling.

As a courtesy, the Company may allow one (1) grace reschedule per client even if less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is provided. This courtesy reschedule may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company and is intended to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. After a grace reschedule has been used, any future rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may result in the session being considered completed and the Client being required to book a new session.

If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the session will be considered a **no-show**. No-show sessions are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of the Company.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled coaching sessions. If a Client arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the schedule of other participants. If a Client arrives more than ten (10) minutes late, the session may be considered a missed session and may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of the Company. In such cases, the session may not be rescheduled and the Client may be required to book a new session.

If the Company must reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered the option to reschedule the session for another available time. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the Client’s schedule.

All payments made for coaching sessions, consultations, programs, or digital educational offerings are considered non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. Due to the nature of coaching services, the reservation of time, and the immediate access to educational materials or booking availability, refunds are not provided for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with subjective experiences, or decisions not to continue participation.

In cases where a program includes multiple sessions or group coaching components, the Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the designated times. The Company is not responsible for providing makeup sessions for missed group sessions unless explicitly stated within the program description.

Digital products, downloadable materials, recorded trainings, and other digital educational content are also non-refundable once access has been granted, as these materials cannot be returned after delivery.

The Company reserves the right to modify session availability, scheduling procedures, program formats, or policies related to booking and participation at any time. Updated policies will be communicated through the Company’s website or booking platform.

By booking or purchasing any service offered by the Company, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Rescheduling and Refund Policy and that you accept responsibility for managing your own schedule and participation in coaching services.
