These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital platforms, coaching services, educational programs, and related materials provided by Wisdom in Motherhood, the educational brand and online community led by Jamie Lee, including all affiliated websites, domains, booking platforms, social media accounts, programs, products, and services operated under or associated with the Wisdom in Motherhood brand (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, engaging with our social media platforms, purchasing products or services, booking coaching sessions, or otherwise using any services provided by the Company (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Use of Services
The Services provided by the Company are intended for educational and informational purposes. Users may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments for coaching sessions, digital products, and programs are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, payment structures, or service offerings at any time.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Company’s Disclaimer, Client Coaching Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Services.
